End-to-End Product Design

The full arc of a product: understanding the problem, structuring the experience, designing every screen and state, and staying involved until it ships. This is how most of my engagements run, and it is where design has the most leverage.

Is this you?

You should talk to me if…

If none of these sound like your situation, this is probably not the right service — and I would rather point you somewhere useful than sell you the wrong thing.

  • You have a validated idea and need someone to turn it into something buildable.
  • Your product works but feels stitched together from features added one at a time.
  • You are about to hand a spec to developers and have a nagging feeling it is incomplete.

What happens

The work, step by step

  1. 01

A kickoff that ends with written agreement on goals, users, constraints and what success looks like.

  2. 02

User flows and information architecture — the structure, before any visual decisions.

  3. 03

Low-fidelity wireframes to get the layout arguments finished cheaply.

  4. 04

High-fidelity UI for every screen, including empty, loading, error and edge states.

  5. 05

A clickable prototype your team and your investors can actually use.

  6. 06

Annotated handoff, plus design QA once it is on staging.

What you receive

Editable source files you own outright, plus the documentation that makes them usable by someone who was not in the room.

  • Flows & IA maps
  • Wireframes
  • High-fidelity UI (all states)
  • Interactive prototype
  • Component library
  • Handoff documentation

Typical timeline

4–10 weeks depending on scope

That range assumes feedback comes back within two working days. Review latency is the single biggest cause of slipped design timelines — more than scope, more than complexity.
