A reminders app for people who find task managers stressful. I designed capture, scheduling and notification behaviour around a calmer default than the category usually offers.
The work
Designed capture to be one tap from launch — anything slower and reminders never get written down.
Made overdue items roll forward quietly instead of accumulating red badges.
Designed notification tone and timing as part of the product, not a system setting.
Files were handed over annotated and component-based, with a live walkthrough for the engineering team.
