Enterprise tooling that fits a phone
The mobile companion to an enterprise operations system. The task was deciding what genuinely belongs on a phone — and designing those few things properly rather than shrinking a desktop app.
The work
Audited the desktop product and cut the mobile scope to the tasks people do while moving.
Designed offline-first behaviour with an explicit sync state, because field coverage is unreliable.
Built role-aware navigation so each user sees a short, relevant menu.
Files were handed over annotated and component-based, with a live walkthrough for the engineering team.
