A marketplace connecting RV owners with mobile service technicians. I designed the booking journey, technician profiles and the job-management screens technicians use in the field.
The work
Designed availability and travel radius as the primary filter — the two things that decide whether a booking is even possible.
Built the technician view for outdoor phone use: high contrast, big targets, minimal typing.
Designed the quote-to-job flow so pricing changes are agreed before work starts.
Files were handed over annotated and component-based, with a live walkthrough for the engineering team.
